# .md Studios Anti-Slop Contract

These are hard rejection rules for production masters, applications, Pages, and the brand book.

## Forbidden copy

Case-insensitive unless quoted as an explicitly labeled misuse example:

- `commit your future`
- `the file is alive`
- `ship the diff`
- `merge day`
- `powered by .md`
- `market signal <number>%` without a cited source, threshold, owner, and date
- `synergy`, `disrupt`, `10x`, `superintelligence`, `agents will replace`
- `lorem ipsum`, `TBD`, or `coming soon` on proof/evidence plates

| AS-08 | Document adjacent to chart/building without shared-vertex transformation |
| AS-09 | Cursor/dot confetti or repeated underscore decoration |
| AS-10 | Core Oxide `#C84630` as normal body, label, or link text on Paper |
| AS-11 | Non-token orange/red in production assets, including `#e0644a` and `#FF4F32` |
| AS-12 | Invented percentages, gauges, testimonials, customers, or traction |
| AS-13 | Stock handshake, laptop-smile, whiteboard-point, or server-rack hero |
| AS-14 | AI photoreal presented as operating, customer, kill-test, or case evidence |
| AS-15 | Studio mark equal to or larger than venture mark in co-branding |
| AS-16 | Public studio endorsement on a `DRAFT` venture |
| AS-17 | Six-node human/agent Merge revival |

## Positive gates

- External headline passes the strip-metaphor/offer-first test.
- Technical metaphor is at most 20% of external headline inventory.
- Any normal text on Paper uses Ink, Dark Oxide, or a tested semantic token.
- Status includes label, timestamp, owner, threshold, and evidence link.
- Endorsement ratio is 12–18% horizontally or ≤12% stacked.
- Evidence photography has a valid sidecar with `ai_generated=false`.
- Historical Merge/File→Company logo concepts and Gate 02 application styling are absent from production identity surfaces.
